Our talent development programme, called the Talent Engine, is designed to create a strong and diverse pipeline of talented specialists, innovators and leaders on a global level.

The programme focuses on people who demonstrate a high potential and create a strategic difference in a Grundfos context by generating excellent performance. Once enrolled the talents have access to development opportunities like mentoring, coaching, master classes and strategic assignments.

The programme has received international recognition for its impact on the organisation, impact on the individual, innovation of talent programme design, and adaptability of the programme in the organisation.
