The process map visualizes our main areas of responsibility, and the processes identified describe how we work.

The three main processes identified within Purchase are “Strategic Sourcing”, which is about identifying and selecting the right suppliers to do business with; “Supplier Relationship Management”, which is about development of the relations with our suppliers and “Operational Procurement Management”, which is about ensuring the right amount of supplier at the right time and place.

In addition, the range of support processes identified is equally important to ensure high performance and quality within the main processes.
