Licence

In order to promote the sale of Grundfos pro-ducts, Grundfos may license a third party to manufacture certain components or products within the Grundfos range.

In general, a licence will not include the right to manufacture stainless steel components or similar products of strategic importance.

Companies accepted as licensees will be evaluated technically as well as commercially before co-operation is set up.

The granting of a licence shall be subject to agreement with Group Management.

A licence may be acquired from a third party if the licence in question will improve Grundfos’ ability to fulfil its strategies, targets and objectives.
