After 8 years as Group Chairman of Grundfos Holding A/S, Niels Due Jensen found it was time to resign from the post as Chairman of the Board of the Grundfos Group. At the latest board meeting in Grundfos Holding A/S, Director, Lars Kolind, was elected as the new Chairman of the Board, and Director, Jens Moberg was elected as Vice Chairman. Mr Due Jensen will continue for two years as a common member of the Board of Grundfos Holding A/S. Gen. Man. Thomas Lund, who has been a member of the Grundfos board since 1988, announced at the board meeting that he does not want re-election at the company's general assembly on 29 April 2011.

- Throughout 23 years of board work for Grundfos, Gen. Man. Thomas Lund has had decisive importance for Grundfos' technological development and product strategy.
