Social responsibility is our commitment

Grundfos is its people and we believe that everyone has the power to influence and make a change. Our social responsibility is built on our corporate values and is expressed through different kind of initiatives. From pursuing a diverse workforce regarding gender, age and ethnicity to including people with reduced working capacity and marginalised groups into the labour market, we strive make a positive difference to ourselves and the surrounding society.

Grundfos has a long history of social responsibility. Started out in Denmark in 1968 with flexible workshop, we have been employing people with reduced working capacity all over Grundfos, including in production and office areas.

Our tailor-made programmes are for individuals who need support to gain experience in the labour market. We want to upgrade their personal and professional capacities because we understand that sometimes, a chance is all we need.
