We are taking platform development and continuous integration to the next level in Grundfos. Want to join us and help build a brand-new team, working with the latest technologies such as digitalization and IoT in advanced controller products? If you wish to develop your skills, this is your chance to challenge the organization with your ideas and to be challenged as you help develop an area, that holds great potential for business growth.
Your tests go beyond the products
As the quality assurance driver within the team, you will guide your colleagues in the right direction, navigating an agile environment with focus on continuous development and integration. You will be responsible for the automated test solutions your team will be using when you develop embedded software for our advanced pump controllers.
“Your tests go beyond the products. All our products are part of larger systems, and your challenge will be to get an overview of how each product acts in the systems and applications. Essentially, you ensure that our products not only work, but that they work perfectly in the different applications,” Anne explains.
Part of your job will also be to take testing to the next level, inventing new tests and test methods. You plan the tests for our product portfolio and decide on the right approach and the right level. Working with other test leads in the organization, you may also get the opportunity to join research collaboration in the test area with other global companies.
Be part of a new team
Your new team will be based in our Pump and Controls department in Bjerringbro and is part of our large, international software organization of 110 colleagues. Together, you will work closely with experienced developers in China, and you will play a significant role in building and shaping the team. Through Scrum and sprints, you and your colleagues will develop on some of our most advanced controller products working closely with the product owner and customers along the way.
”Everyone in this new team will be able to influence the way we work together and with stakeholders. This new team is receiving great attention from top management and will be essential in doubling our business in the Water Utility segment. People from our entire global organization support this team, so you will be off to a flying start,” says Manager Anne Katrine Windfeld.

- You are skilled in working with embedded software development in all phases of the development process and you have strong quality assurance competences.
- You have experience with automated testing and it is a plus, if you know SeqZap, MathLab, GIT and Jira. It is also an advantage if you have an ISTQB certification.
- Preferably, you have experience in platform development and continuous development and integration as well as working in an agile development/SCRUM environment.
- You speak and write English effortlessly.
“On a personal level, you are driven by product quality, which allows you to detect defects in products and systems, pushing your team in relation to the quality agenda. You thrive driving your findings forward – even if not everything is pre-defined. We are building the team from scratch, and if you enjoy working with colleagues from all over the world and bringing your ideas to the table, this might just be the place for you,” Anne finishes.
