We ensure high quality in our production
You become part of the Quality department, which is the manufacturing support function of our Die Casting and Moulding Factory. Here, we are 6 colleagues supporting the factory in the daily business and serving as contact towards our suppliers and customers. Supporting the production in improving quality, we ensure that standards and procedures are followed to a tee.
”Our team is fairly new, and we are continuously developing our role in the Quality organization. In our daily work, we use each other for sparring when we support the different factories,” explains Department Head Jennifer Hinrup.
Responsible for quality assurance tools and processes
You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and implementing our quality assurance tools and processes in the production lines together with production section supervisors and quality representatives.
An important part of your job is to spread the knowledge and use of quality tools and showing results from your analysis of quality KPIs. It will be your responsibility to drive quality improvement projects across areas and teams, taking input from your stakeholders and acting as the link between departments. In this process, an important role will be to support your colleagues.
“The challenge in this position will be to have both the deep knowledge into your field of expertise, quality, while at the same time manoeuvring in different cases from the production line and finishing them with corrective and preventive actions. You need to be able to see the bigger picture and not get lost in details,” Jennifer says.
Technical background and project management skills
- You are an engineer with a technical background providing you with a solid technical understanding and with practical experience with quality management.
- If you have recently graduated, you are also welcome to apply.
- It is an advantage if you have knowledge of die casting and moulding, and it is a plus if you know SAP.
- You possess the skills needed to drive a project from A to Z.
- You speak and write Danish and English fluently.
“On a personal level, you are outgoing as you need to be able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization – from production lines to customers and suppliers. You know how to build good relations, and your analytic mind-set enables you to use data findings as you run your projects. Being able to maintain an overview and communicate clearly is also very important, so you need to have the drive to get things done and to verbalize your opinion in a convincing manner. And finally, you are a team player who can set the direction, facilitate teams, and follow things through,” Jennifer finishes.
