Furthermore, we have defined service parts by product, to prevent inconvenient and unnecessary downtime for our customers by making sure that critical service parts are always in stock. Grundfos will ensure that needs and expectations follow hand-in-hand for the supply of spare parts, depending on your pumping system, the critical nature of your installation, or the level of customisation of your pumps.

 24/7 Logistics and Supply
Grundfos has a strong supply chain system, and service parts can be included as part of a Service Agreement or be ordered directly from Grundfos. If required, Grundfos offers a 24/7-hour delivery service, where we can ship spare parts from our warehouses worldwide within 24 hours from receipt of your order.
