  Removing browser cache to resolve layout problems in WebCAPS



Some users may experience layout problems in WebCAPS such as the top menus disappearing



The cause of the layout problems usually with the cache stored by the browser.
To fix the problem, you need to remove the cache.

In MS Internet Explorer 6.0, this is done by going to the 'Tools' menu and selecting 'Internet Options...'



From the 'General' tab, click on the 'Delete Cookies...'-button to delete the cookies stored by the browser.
Then click on the 'Delete Files...'-button to delete the browsers cache:
