The WebCAPS Literature and Service sections now offer quick and easy access to service videos.
From the WebCAPS opening window, the videos can be accessed in two different ways:
- via Service
- via Literature

Follow the steps below.
Via Service:
1. From the WebCAPS opening window, click the Service button.
2. Click Service video in the third row.
3. To access service videos on the your product, first select the product type from the Product type drop-down list and then the product name from the Product name drop-down list.

Via Literature:
1. From the WebCAPS opening window, select Literature.
2. Click the Literature search button.
3. In the Search Criteria fields, select "All" or "Service" from the Literature category drop-down list, select English from the Literature language drop-down list and enter "video" in the Search field. Click Submit.
4. Select the desired video from the list of videos available.
5. In the Web Page Dialog page, click Start video. After a few seconds, the video starts playing the first scene.
6. Select the desired service scenes from the list.
To search for service scenes on a particular topic, type your keyword in the Search box. Click the Search button to start your search.
7. To access service videos on other products, first select the product type from the Product type drop-down list and then the product name from the Product name drop-down list.

The videos are also available on CD-ROM and DVD.
