Salt Lake City, UT - USA Team Handball is proud to announce Grundfos Pumps as the sponsor of its daily coverage of the 21st IHF World Championships in Zagreb, Croatia. From Jan. 16 to Feb. 1, 24 teams from all over the globe will compete in the new Zagreb Arena, the largest hall built for the IHF World Championships. Squads, including Germany, the defending champions, and France, Gold Medal winners from the Beijing Olympics, will face their competition in front of more than 15,000 spectators. Strong European entries from Hungary, Spain, Sweden, Romania and Slovakia as well as Pan American representatives Argentina and Cuba will be battling on the court. Australia is the lone English-speaking representative in the competition.
