Purpose of job

Execute on a broad range of operational Finance initiatives/activities across the Finance process landscape

 

Key Activities

- Conduct analysis, monitor and develop compliance in high quality within the financial reporting of the reporting unit/entity.

- Implement and integrate compliance tasks and accounting principles in an ongoing dialogue with the reporting unit/entity.

- Secure proper controlling activities and procedures in order to make the entity compliant with all statutory requirements.

- Support management with high quality financial analysis on an ad-hoc basis and constructively challenge, the management team and organization in maintaining high level of compliance when implementing business plans.

- Contribute with a constant focus on compliance and with high quality analysis to strengthen the business decision-making process.

Critical knowledge and experience

Industry, market and business environment

- Experience driving developed processes within finance.

- Ability to lead processes or projects.

- Ability to lead a business process within finance.

- Most likely to have 3-4 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education.

 

Technical, functional and professional

- Solid knowledge of the plans, processes and activities within the functional area in finance.

- Strong ability influence others.

- Possess a great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable, for the finance.
