Purpose of job

Develop and apply initiatives/activities with an impact on Group and/or regional level. Has some degree of functional responsibility.

Key Activities

- Drive the application development ambition and continuous development to ensure the right level for application solutions.
- Drive application know-how and lead the development of training materials, explicit materials and tools.
- Establish global and regional knowledge networks and knowledge sharing process.
- Train the regional trainers and use training to enable business growth.
- Follow technology trends and ensure outside-in application input for business development, technology planning and product champ teams.
- Convert customer experience into feedback for area owners.
- Convert application understanding into business growth contributions to support sales and quality processes.
- Work with BD managers to create and clarify potential in application areas.

Critical knowledge and experience

Industry, market and business environment
- Experience managing defined processes within Cross Global Business Segments or regional development.
- Possess industry experience within a business environment; experience working in a large manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
- Most likely to have 6-7 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education.

Technical, functional and professional
- Strong background executing complex or specialized projects and activities in Regional or Global Business development and services organisations.
- Proven results supporting key initiatives in a large organization; experience in large manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
- Possess strong knowledge of best practices in relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable, in business or technology develoment, Services, Facility Management or consultant areas.
