Purpose of job
Overall Purpose of Job:
Develop and building a competence Licensed Dealer network in Grundfos Pump Shanghai
- Manage distributor portfolio aligning with China strategy and business requirements throughout develop the annual dealer evaluation model.
Driven the annual licensed dealer evaluation process & build individual licensed dealer competence evaluation model
Liaise with field sales team to monitor and manage distributor performance against budget cost.
- Design annual licensed dealer incentive policy according BUS’s business model.
Complete monthly distributor performance report to support finance analysis, and financial performance.
- Implement distributor management process and tools
Improve and optimize existing process and tools based on feedback from the field and regular analysis.
Key role to connect dealers
- Develop new function in Dealer Portal according business needs
Education and training:
- Bachelor holder and above in Business or Engineering field
- Fluent in oral and written Chinese & English.
- Minimum 5 years sales management experience in Industry sector. The consulting form experience in Strategic Channel Development, is preferred.
- Able to deeply understand and solve distribution/channel management problems effectively & efficiently
- Business & result oriented, have drive and be able to communicate on different levels
- Ability to work independently

- Preferable 35 to 45 years old
