As a Sales engineer you will Apply subject matter knowledge and demonstrates technical/business insight.you will Work within a unit and/or across functional areas with limited supervision To ensure Company’s growth as envisaged with an all round customer satisfaction and ensure increasing Grundfos Products & Projects on Industry Applications
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
The Sales Engineer will establish contacts and develop new consultants and end users including lobbying with local authority with the potential to use Grundfos products and services
You will develop a designated customer base including preparation plans, budgets and promotional activities.Provide product technical support to customers, consultants and contractors, ensuring specification and correct application of Grundfos products
You will have to achieve agreed sales targets on specified projects / jobs and Conduct seminars for consultants and contactors including branding initiatives, media design, advertising, promotional campaigns and trade shows.
It is important as a sales engineer to Identify and develop new business with the potential to use Grundfos products and services and also Identify and implement value-added services and enhance customer relationship.
You will need to develop and maintain a strong project pipeline also Gather market data and provide input on competitor activities and register all activities with customers in the global CRM tool
Ensure customer master data is updated on portfolio of customers under their responsibility and Identify and develop new business with the potential to use Grundfos products and services.
Mandatory Experience and Qualification
A full time Graduate Engineer from a reasonable reputed engineering college with an average experience of 6 to 10 years
Should have network with influencers in Target Industry such as Automobile, Food & Beverages, Pharma, Textile. Commercial Buildings and OEMs in the geographical area and preferably selling Pumps
An ideal candidate should have selling experience with industrial products sucha as PHEs, Air Compressors, DG sets, valves, motors etc or products like Chillers, PHEs, Air Compressors or working with MEP contractors like Bluestar, Voltas etc.
Should have experince in managing a distributor network and sales of about 10 Crores with Strong background in MIS and reporting systems – communications and cultural fit for a global company
This is a resident engineer role based out of Jaipur-Rajasthan.
