Job Location: Penang
Responsible to promote the Company’s service solutions to the customers such as and not limiting to service contract, pump audit, laser alignment, spare parts, for securing new maintenance contracts and managing existing contracts and etc.
-To promote all service products and solutions (Service Contract, Energy Efficient Solution, Pump Audit, Laser Alignment, Spare Part and etc.) to customers.
-To develop and plan sales and promotional activities for effective implementation of the service sales objectives.
-Review and document soon-to-be expired contracts for renewal process.
-Prepare quotation according to customer’s enquiry for maintenance, parts, pump replacement and repair works.
-Proactive in generating potential customer lead and follow-up with sales order completion.
-Liaise with customers to meet sales and service targets on service sales contract, repair and parts among others.
-Work with the entire service team to manage service sales fulfillment.
-To prepare sales and company budgets, forecasts and all sales and service reports as necessary.
-To meet or exceed team and personal sales target against budget.
-Perform any other related duties/assignments as and when directed by superior/s.
-Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the Pump industry with specific experience in service, project management or production
-Ability and willingness to travel as required
-Sales-oriented person with excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
-A proactive and resourceful individual who possess excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
-An independent and aggressive person with eagerness to explore new business areas.
-Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
