Group Process Consultant - Order to Delivery Processes

Do you want to be process expert within Grundfos’ Order to Delivery processes? And would you like to take on a challenge in a large, global organization where Supply Chain Management is on the strategic agenda at top management level?


In this global role, you will enter a very versatile position to make full use of your advanced understanding of supply chain processes and help ensure continuous high performance across Grundfos’ supply chains as well as take new steps into the customer-focused and digital value chain.


Within the department Supply Chain Processes, you work globally across our sites worldwide. You do so to support both corporate functions and local companies, thereby enabling them to meet strategic and operational targets and running the daily operational tasks.


What is the job about?

As Group Process Consultant within Order to Delivery, you drive and participate in the development and identification of global best practices within sales order handling and logistics, and you ensure compliance in using the best practices in Grundfos’ supply chain.


Part of your time is spent solving issues and acting as sparring partner for the operational side of Grundfos’ supply chain, along with your participation in development projects which range from smaller, short-term projects to large, strategic and operational supply chain projects. For some projects you will be driving the process.

What do you need to apply?

In this role, you will support facilities across the globe and therefore, you will need intercultural understanding as well as excellent communication and networking skills. Furthermore, as it is your job to influence our processes, you are familiar with change management, so you can identify and deploy the right interventions to adopt behaviors, concepts and solutions.


At the same time, you have the analytical and structured mindset to maintain an end-to-end process overview, and you:


  • Hold a degree related to supply chain management
  • Have solid knowledge of sales order handling and/or logistics processes
  • Preferably know SAP
  • Communicate effortlessly in English
  • Welcome travel activity up to 20 days annually


A considerable presence at our offices in Bjerringbro, Denmark, must be expected. We, however, welcome applicants from abroad and allow you the possibility to also work from a separate location.
