Senior Engineer Sales (Automation & Controls)

General Summary

As a Sales engineer you will Apply subject matter knowledge and demonstrates technical/business will Work within a unit and/or across functional areas with limited supervision To ensure Company’s growth as envisaged with an all round customer satisfaction and ensure increasing Grundfos Products & Projects on Industry Applications



As a senior sales engineer your role is to develop a designated customer base including preparation plans, budgets and promotional activities.
You will Identify and develop new business with the potential to use Grundfos products and services. Also Identify and implement value-added services and enhance customer relationship.
Develop and maintain a strong project pipeline. To Gather market data and provide input on competitor activities. You will Register all activities with customers in the global CRM tool 
Register and nurture opportunities in the global CRM tool according to company guidelines and Ensure customer master data is updated on portfolio of customers under their responsibility.

Mandatory Experience And Qualification


Full time Graduate Engineer ( Electrical / Electronics) from a reasonable reputed engineering college with Working experience of average 5 years & above within the field of Automation and Controls with Companies.
Should have existing relationships with decision makers and influencers in Commercial Building / Industry Segment in West.
Strong Communicator and Excellent Presentation Skills and Strong background in MIS and reporting systems – communications and cultural fit for a global company.
