Join the team in Group EHS (Environment, Health and Safety). Group EHS lead development within the EHS area in Grundfos and realise outstanding results in cooperation with stakeholders from across our global organization. You will report to Karen Touborg, Senior Director for Group EHS.


“EHS is high on our agenda, and by taking an operational & hands-on approach, you will be a part of creating commitment to the agenda across all of Grundfos. You will tailor our communication platforms as well as solve diverse executive assistant tasks,” explains Karen.


What is the job about?

As the “right-hand-man/woman” to the Senior Director in Group EHS, you ensure follow-through on EHS initiatives as well as a common thread running through the communication initiatives. You do this by supporting the department in realising our EHS ambitions in line with the Group strategy. Moreover, you provide support in terms of planning, coordination and communication tasks. Specifically, you will:


  • Support the development of the strategic communication set-up, including channels, platforms and external presentations
  • Support the development of training materials, like e-learning
  • Plan, initiate and follow-up on the different management processes like functional and leadership meetings, functional seminars, Town Hall meetings, internal global conferences
  • Coordinate and drive processes in EHS, including follow-up of the yearly road-map as well as defined tasks in the yearly target setting process
  • Be in charge of calendar planning, travel management, expense reports and meeting preparation support for the senior director
  • Provide overall support to the Senior Director and EHS organization with planning and coordination

What do you need to apply?

With a bachelor in communication or similar and experience within planning, communication and coordination in a large international organization, you have flair for hands-on communication. You are extremely adept at identifying optimal communication channels, and you communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.

In addition, you have experience providing presentations for management meetings as well as driving smaller projects and optimising processes. Lastly, you communicate fluently in English and are a wiz in Outlook and Microsoft Office.
