Sales Engineer

主要任务:

1、在公司的战略和政策框架内处理指定业务范围内的销售,完成所辖区域的销售目标,为公司和客户以及合作伙伴创造价值

2、管理、支持所辖代理商,并支持内部沟通

3、与客户,经销商,项目业主,工程承包商,设计机构,咨询公司和权威机构保持良好的关系

4、与客户,主管部门,相关机构和分销渠道保持认真和良好的关系

5、参与处理客户对产品及其功能的投诉

6、按月监控应收账款余额; 跟进未结余额的客户,并确保客户按条款付款,以帮助管理现金流量并减少潜在的坏账

资质和经验:

1.Develop a designated customer base including preparation plans, budgets and promotional activities.

2.Identify and develop new business with the potential to use Grundfos products and services.

3.Identify and implement value-added services and enhance customer relationship.

4.Develop and maintain a strong project pipeline.

5.Gather market data and provide input on competitor activities. - Register all activities with customers in the global CRM tool

6.Register and nurture opportunities in the global CRM tool according to company guidelines

7.Ensure customer master data is updated on portfolio of customers under their responsibility.

8.Other tasks assigned by the manager

1、大专以上学历,工科背景优先

2、具备渠道开发和管理能力优先,熟悉甘肃、宁夏客户优先

3、具备项目销售经验,在相关领域有2-7年的销售经验

4、熟悉建筑领域最终用户方法/经验者优先

5、良好的英文能力优先

6、良好的沟通技巧,有团队精神的人

7、独立工作的能力,解决问题

8、追求卓越,结果驱动,客户驱动 

1Experience driving developed processes within Commercial Building Services.

2Ability to lead processes or projects.

3Ability to lead a business process within Commercial Building Services.

4Most likely to have 3-5 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education.

5Solid knowledge of the plans, processes and activities within the functional area in Commercial Building Services.

6Strong ability influence others.

7Basic English skills in reading, writing and listening.

8、Possess a great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable, for the Commercial Building Services.
