Service Executive

About the Role

The Service Executive will be responsible to coordinate and schedule service operations and provide support to the superior and the team

Key Activities

-Responsible answering of after sale service hotline or general service enquiries
-Responsible indoor /walk-in daily service spare parts and replacement quotations
-Responsible in daily job coordination and monitoring service job progression till completion
-General administrative duties such as debtors follow up, issuing Purchase Orders (PO), invoicing and delivery schedule
-Assisting the reporting and updating of Customer Complaint System (CCS) and Failure Analysis System (FAS)
-Maintaining and allocation of service stocks
-Assist in the preparation of service training materials
-Liaising with service staff and contractors regarding any on-site scope of work
-Data entry on SAP CRM activities and data mining
-Assist in technical specifications required by colleagues and customer
-Responsible for personal and safety of others in accordance to Workplace Health and Safety Act
-Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Skills and Experience

-Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in service administration / service environment
-Analytical mind and technically minded
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
-Phone etiquette with strong customer service skills
-Exceptional time management, organisational and planning skills
-Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
-SAP experience desirable
