- To achieve the assigned sales target ；
- To follow up the key OEM accounts and dealers within assigned territory；
- To develop new market & dealers within territory to be expanded；
- To support other tasks assigned.
Critical knowledge and experience
1. Degree holder in mechanical automation or related field；
2. End user management experience；
3. Learning agility；
4. New Dealer development；
5.Minimum 3 years of experience as sales engineer in the field of pumps or other industrial products；
6.Good communication skills either in Chinese or English；
7.Aggressive, strong market development capabilities.
