To ensure that all job received from IWK is administered and mointored effectively to provide customer satisfaction, achievement of KPIs and company objective
-Builds strong relationship with IWK Northern Region - mainly in Perak, Penang and Kedah. Responsible for servicing these customers and may be required to assist to do the same with IWK customers from other regions as and when required.
-Responsible for attending monthly/ regular meetings hosted by the customer under their respective region. Travels locally for th is purpo se.
-Builds a good rapport with all Service centers and Internal team members. Is responsible for monitoring and expediting delivery of all Service Centers for IWK works. Ensures delivery is within the stipulated LOS given by the customer
-Works with Service centers to arrange equipment collection by clients and ensures it is done within the LOS given by the customer.
-Generates claims (SES) documentation for IWK jobs and maintains the IWK SAP system for claims (SES) upload and invoicing.
-Addresses and resolves any issues and complaints from customers under their care.
-Reports problems and unresolved issues promptly to manager.
-Devises ways to improve customer service and build relationship.
-Promotes company products and services.
-Required as and when to generate quotations and reports for customer enquiries and job orders. On such occasions, will be required to work with the supplier for relevant pricing and service centers for the reports.
-Required as and when to perform "weekly indent" for quotations when assisting with quotation generation.
-Handle general administration of the department.
-Generate local purchase orders to suppliers.
-Perform any related duties/assignments as and when directed by his superior/s.
-Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills
-Possesses detailed knowledge of company goals, products, and services
-Exhibits strong organizational skills
-Exhibits ability to think creatively and analytically
-Demonstrates strong leadership skills
-Is capable of remaining patient and calm when dealing with frustrated customers or clients

-Demonstrates ability to use Microsoft Office
-Is willing and able to travel for client meetings
