Regional Product Manager - Dosing and Disinfection

Job Summary


The Regional Product Manager – Dosing and Disinfections is responsible for managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities to daily operation






-Define the Product Strategy that aligns with the overall segments short-term and long-term objectives
-Formulate Pricing strategy to ensure Product Profitability and growth across segments (Units & Value).



-Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
-Assess market competition by comparing Grundfos Products to Competitor’s products.
-Assess the Products’ Market Potential and Grundfos Market Share by continuously staying in touch with the ground realities.
-Deploy key product initiatives in close cooperation with the local companies and segments.
-Product Regionalization Program to suit Asia market needs.
-Support Product Launches and Campaigns.
-Consolidate and share best practices and case stories to fulfill sustainable growth with profitability.
-Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.



-To upgrade the sales teams Product and application knowledge and competence in providing solutions.
-To conduct seminars and training for sales team, consultants as well as owners who has potential projects on hand.


Budget Responsibility

-Manage the regional product Sales budget for Dosing and Disinfections across all Segments.



Technical Support

-Provide the sales team across the region with the necessary technical expertise.
-Act as point of first reference for all product related enquiries.


Technical Marketing

-Communicate all product updates from the group to local sales companies.
-Logistics Support
-Provides short-term and long-term product sales forecasts
-Feedback any production & delivery issues to the Regional Operations

Critical knowledge and experience

 Candidate to have 5-7 years of relevant work experiences

Technical, functional and professional
- Strong ability to lead and/or influence others.
- Strong knowledge of best practices and relevant systems within Global Market Segment.
