Grundfos Americas is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter is a critical role on the Americas Talent Acquisition team working to identify qualified talent, ensure a quality candidate recruitment experience and work to maintain our regional and global recruitment goals. This position will work on a regional team to support the full-cycle recruiting for all business units across the USA and in Canada and will report to the Americas HR Manager of Talent Acquisition. This position will be work in our Brookshire, TX office. Relocation and Work Authorization support cannot be provided. This position must have experience recruiting within the USA.
•The Recruiter will need to effectively execute the full cycle recruitment and onboarding process (posting job ads, recruitment strategies, candidate assessments, background/drug process) for assigned positions. This includes working with job descriptions and developing candidate profiles to drive recruitment processes.
•The Recruiter will provide guidance to hiring managers when necessary on reviewing job descriptions and managing talent expectations.
•Regularly partner with other members of the Americas and Global regional team to identify diverse top-talent for assigned positions.
•Work to conduct behavioral interviews that follow company guidelines that meet legal requirements.
•Partners to improve their ability in sourcing and recruiting talent both internally and externally.
•Partner closely with the Compensation, Benefits Management and Mobility Teams where applicable.
•Partner with external permanent and temporary partners when necessary.
•Participate and collaborate with global Attraction Services colleagues in key processes and systems for required recruitment activities when necessary.
•Engage in compliance activities for federal contractors (OFCCP, EEO) to support the goals and requirements of a federal contractor.
•Work with external relocation vendor to support movement of internal and external talent.
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communications or another related field is required. A minimum of 4 years’ full cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment is a must. Previous experience in recruiting engineering and technical talent in a variety of roles for manufacturing and plant environment organizations in Canada and USA is highly preferred.
•Proven experience fulfilling the full cycle recruitment process (recruiting, offer negotiation and on-boarding)
•Demonstrated experience in recruiting and placing talent from a multi-source pipeline including internal candidates, internet sourcing and networking in a corporate environment is preferred.
•Experience partnering with external vendors for direct and temporary talent.
•Experience working with diversity and inclusive initiatives and Employer Branding programs is a plus.
•Ability to partner with local, regional and global leaders in supporting their talent needs.
•Experience working with candidate assessments is a plus.
•Must be structured and organized, an effective listener, with strong communications skills with the ability to influence others.
•Ability to demonstrate flexibility and respond quickly to change.
•Ability to work independently. Self-starter / Self-motivated.
•Strong organizational and time management skills including ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks.
•Must have experience using applicant tracking systems is required. Experience with video interviewing tools and working knowledge of Success Factors Recruiting module is preferred.
•Possess a strong knowledge of EEO, Employment Laws, and OFCCP Regulations.
•Must be able to maintain a valid passport. Travel up to 10% domestic and international travel may be needed.
