Senior National Sales Manager

Job Purpose

 

To lead the team to realize the sales and profit target within assigned area; to effectively develop and manage the national wide dealership and keep the external customer satisfaction through our product and service; and to work as an effective team leader to help Grundfos became more competitive as Best Employer in local job market and global environment.

 

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

 

  • Realize the annual sales and profit target through effective sales target breakdown and budget allocation, which is tracked and reported on a regular basis.
  • Select qualified employees with right positions/appointments, work as an effective leader through solid performance management and talent development  
  • Implement Global segment and Regional Business Strategy and adjust according necessity
  • Collaborate with support functions to deliver added value to customers.
  • Monitor and support the team with dealer development and   management, ensure the alignment with Grundfos strategy and policy
  • Other business initiative identified by line manage

  • Segment/Regional Strategy relation and translation with local market and team capability
  • Excellent business planning and implementation
  • Solid dealer management
  • Good people leader who can manage and motivate

 

Required Minimum Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor or above in business management or related area
  • Familiar with general industry business environment and business model in China
  • Above 12 years of working experience during which at least 5 years in national level role
  • Experience as P&L owner
