1、Segment Marketing and BD strategy: Conduct deep analysis of China District Energy (district heating and cooling) market and application; Define segment strategy deployment to make alignment between China and Group; Implement segment business plan with different stakeholders across the value chain;
2、Ideas for New Offering: Deep understanding target market demand and trend, capture the insights from each potential segment, verify and prioritize insights for offer creation pipeline, formulate potential business opportunity value proposition to identify offering gap; Cross working to align business opportunities among stakeholders, land offer readiness for China market, including China dedicated offering and localization from global offerings
3、New market entry: Open mind in DE market, lead potential market investigation to identify potential new segment / application, work closely with Business Unit team to support defining the right business proposal road mapping;
4、Sales Development: Support implementation of business development projects in cooperation with relevant partners in the value chain
1、B. Sc /M. Sc.in Thermal Energy, Refrigeration, HVAC or similar; Marketing or business administration with related working experience is acceptable;
2、Minimum five-year experience in business development, strategic marketing, product marketing or similar functions in Energy environment;
3、Experience district heating/cooling segment is highly preferred;
4、Experience in digital or building automation is preferred;
5、Strong sense of Customer Centricity, Accountability and Collaboration;
6、Willing to travel
