HR Coordinator, HR Services

 

Objectives of the position:

 

Apply a well-developed knowledge base within HR processes, administration and systems in the HR Services Center in order to offer HR support to the surrounding organisation (employees, managers and Business Partners)

 

Main tasks of the job:

 

  • Act as a primary contact for employees of Grundfos providing a first class remote HR consultancy service on all HR policies, process queries. Guiding employees to self-service solutions
  • Provide general HR support face to face during agreed opening hours to Grundfos Hungary employees, mainly for the manufacturing sites
  • Responsible for execution of all administrative duties in the Human Resources Department
  • Ensure that high quality service is delivered within agreed timelines and manage the resolution of queries, according the agreed service levels
  • Work with the appropriate systems and processes, using effectively the case management tool, intranet, knowledge base and any other Grundfos HR systems
  • Collect and process HR and payroll related documentation from all levels
  • Ensure keeping HR Master Data up-to-date based on the company processes, systems and tools
  • Manage the assigned tasks in the employee life-cycle processes within his own responsibility
  • Completing, checking, and processing HR-related forms and documents in accordance with established guidelines so that HR-related matters are administered quickly and accurately
  • Create HR contracts and other HR related documentation and ensure compliant archiving
  • Archiving documents into employee’s personal files. Updates documents in employee files
  • Provide timely and accurate HR data for payroll closure
  • Provide data and reports as requested by designated stakeholders on a timely and accurate manner
  • Support other legal entities within organization with HR Admin tasks
  • Manage administration on 1st day of employment
  • Working in line with the agreed and communicated SLOs and KPIs, actively support improvement initiatives based on learnings from KPIs
  • Contribute to build up and maintenance of country specific knowledge libraries
  • Formulate and implement short-term and long-term process controls and plans to improve the efficiency
  • Actively seek and deliver continuous improvement, contribute to knowledge sharing within and across the global HR service centers
  • Take part in project and network activities across centers within defined expert area(s)
  • Coordination with internal and external stakeholders  
  • Contribute to the individual and overall user satisfaction
  • Quarterly or per need - preparation of documents for external auditors and internal stakeholders
  • Represent HR Service Center on local production sites
  • All tasks delegated by HR Service Management

 

Requirements:

 

  • University degree (specialized in Humanities or HR is an advantage)
  • English intermediate or above
  • Minimum of 1 -2 years of professional relevant experience
  • Experienced and effective in working in international environment
  • Good communication skills across all levels of the organization
  • Speed in solving tasks
