Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the successful candidate will closely with our existing Project Support Officer to execute all project based customer orders liaising with Account Managers, Planners and Design Engineers.

- Primary point of contact coordinating projects from initiation to completion
- Create and maintain project schedules
- Work closely with clients to ensure delivery schedules and objectives are met
- Regular and timely communication with customers on project status, variances, and issues to meet their expectations and needs
- Accurate project reporting
- Provide input into estimation process
- Experience in a similar project coordination role
- Project/ Contract qualifications or certification desirable
- Technically minded, background in a relevant trade or engineering desirable
- Experience in the pump industry or manufacturing environment desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft suite (Incl. Excel and MS Project)
- SAP experience desirable with a key focus in the production supply chain process
- Proactive approach with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
- High level interpersonal, liaison, written and oral communication
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Team player with the ability to drive projects and persist through to completion
