Grundfos is looking for an APREG Content Manager who can make a difference in APREG by supporting our Areas and companies in defining the content of the Product Information Management System (PIM) and ensuring our product information is used in existing tools (GPC, MyGrundfos) and can support all future online tools and our omni channel strategy.
Reporting to Regional Marketing & Commercial Excellence Director, Asia Pacific, as APREG Content Manager you will be responsible for:
-Operating the Product Information Management System together with APREG stakeholders and Group functions
-Ensuring qualified product data is made available to customers within APREG Region and local marketing for publishing and marketing purposes
-Supporting local capability of the PIM system (Product Information Management) including print catalogues, digital catalogues and ensuring that we provide different product data formats for our market and for our customers
-Operating with Mass Data Management, Data quality in products and pictures, and language translation along the product life cycle
-Ensuring the connectivity to the different Interface from SAP MM, MDM or other systems into Product data Management system
-Working closely with Regional Master Data team to ensure the end-to-end process is completed and maintained in our PIM system for new product lines, obsolete products and changing product offerings
A significant amount of international travel within the Region is a requirement for the position. The position is located in Singapore, however other locations will be considered.
-Develop and maintain the content of our Product Information Management System to support the business processes
-Responsible for driving the competence development of APREG employees in Product data information system
-Ensure regular and timely communication through different channels and ensure compliance of all local regulations
-Support the business unit in terms of content for digital assets making sure that processes are constantly improved and developed together with APREG management
-Facilitate content management process design for new and changed products, catalogues and formats
As required qualifications, you will possess:
-Degree from commercial, marketing or IT education
-Experience from working across different cultures and countries
-Experience from working with Product master data and PIM
The personal skills and knowledge required to perform the job effectively:
-Strong communication skills with the ability to influencing others
-Project management and the ability to work with deadlines
-Task orientated with strong drive and initiative
-High level attention to detail
From a Technical, functional and professional:
-Solid knowledge of the plans, processes and activities within the functional area in Product life cycle.
-Strong Grundfos product and application knowledge
-Possess a great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable, for the Market and internal requirements.
-Knowledge about PIM and catalogue management and in general good IT skills
High level verbal and written communication in English is a must
