Regional Senior Service Executive, Commercial Support

Job Purpose

The position shall be responsible in assisting the implementation and maintenance of Grundfos Service Partner program throughout the Asia Pacific region. The candidate will also be assisting to develop and implement commercial excellence programs in the region.

Key Activities

-Assist in developing the strategic direction and planning for the Grundfos Service Partner program.
-Assist in the roll out of Grundfos Service Partner program throughout Asia Pacific region, including scheduling, data analysis, material preparation and coordination with relevant key stakeholders. 
-Assist in negotiating with audit provider on the contract and pricing for the audits, including running tender for the certification company.
-Coordinate and manage both Internal and External Service Audits with external certification provider, including scheduling and review of reports.
-Prepare & update service certification questionnaires and competence tests together with members of the defined Service Matter Experts Groups (SMEG).
-Assist in management and developing of content for the Service Partners portal.
-Manage and maintain the service partners and audit master database.
-Assist in competence improvement program by collaborating with SMEG for training strategy and implementation.
-Assist in maintenance of Grundfos Service Partner program, including generation and analysis of monthly performance reports.
-Collaborate with area/local marketing teams on marketing activities related to Grundfos Service Partner program.
-Continuous update of Service Partner program status to internal team.
-Assist to develop templates for reporting, contract agreement and service delivery.
-Support queries and trainings with regards to leads management.
-Generate and analyze monthly leads report.
-Assist in implementation of commercial excellence programs.

Key Attributes

-An individual self-starter who is result-oriented and has high drive to work in a fast-paced environment
-Has good business understanding and is committed to excellence and continuous improvement
-Possess good communication skills.  Able to network well across the region and diverse stakeholders
-Ability to speak in another language (e.g. Thai, Japanese, Korean) is a plus
-Meticulous and works well with details
-Able to travel frequently (at least 20%) within short notice across Asia Pacific Region


Required Qualification & Experience

-Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing

-At least 5 years of relevant experience within B2B area, service organization and/or technical/mechanical environment

-Experience managing defined processes within the service environment

-Prior experience in auditing for ISO standards will be an added advantage
