High energy and experienced colleagues
You will join our AME MES & Traceability team within our Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) organisation. You will be part of our traceability program team who are responsible for implementation of our Traceability platform across our manufacturing plants globally.
Essentially, the Traceability program is a global program focusing on product and process traceability across the value chain. You will join a team of 8-10 people who are working fully dedicated to frame the scope for future product, component and process traceability solutions. In the team, there is an informal atmosphere where you will meet experienced colleagues working fully dedicated to bringing more value to the business through our digitalization initiatives.
Global deployment project management of our Traceability program
We are constantly growing our ambitions for the scope of our traceability program, and we wish to deploy solutions to as many products and plants as possible and as fast as we can. This is where your role gets to play a critical part.
As a Project Manager in our Traceability program you will support a structured and streamlined approach to how we deploy our traceability solutions. This includes managing a project team of specialist, users and stakeholders through an end-to-end plant implementation process – from early project preparations to sign-off and closing projects. In doing this, you manage deployment schedules, and you make sure plans are executed as intended by the project team. Furthermore, you have a key eye on change management in your implementation projects, and you make sure our plants experience a successful implementation of our solutions, and that the planned impact is realized.
In more details you:
- Make sure milestones and gates are met, and that there are clear definitions on deliverables
- Make sure that allocated resources are available at the right point in time
- Drive project governance of implementation projects and facilitate reporting according to key project measures
- Manage cost making sure projects are delivered according to budget
- Manage stakeholders at all levels in our plants, making sure users are engaged and supports targeted impact of our projects

A project manager with drive and excellent communications skills
To succeed in this position, we image that you:
- Hold a master’s degree within economics, business administration, engineering or IT.
- Have a few years of experience working as project manager on a regional/global scale within a global enterprise
- Are familiar working with change and stakeholder management and have profound communication skills
- Have experience driving projects in the interface between manufacturing execution and IT/software
- Are familiar with tools for data analysis.
- Can speak and write English fluently
On a personal level, being outgoing and great at networking will get you far. You know how and when to involve people around you and establish strong relations on all organisational levels. Excellent communication skills allow you to be persistent, while also navigating between your many different stakeholders.
