Come join the Water Utility Submersible team as our new Submersible Motor Product Specialist. Competitiveness and quality in the field of submersibles is vital, which is why we are looking for a technically adept, experienced and dynamic specialist.

Together with the submersible product line manager and other technical- and application specialists colleagues you will be maintaining and developing a product that is strategically one of the cornerstones of the Submersible product range.
What is the job about?
As a Submersible Motor Product Specialist you will be the foremost expert within submersible motors and utilize your deep product and application knowledge to provide valuable support to sales and support in solving their issues and answering their questions. You will continuously develop know-how and apply this specific knowledge in documentation and naturally develop training material for both internal and external stakeholders.
You will represent the voice of the customer when designing new products/solutions by providing clear specifications and insights to the product developers. Therefore you will work with Sales in the market to understand end-user requirements and offer support for existing products plus trouble-shoot customer installations via phone, video or on-site visits. Customer visits will be part of your everyday life and you can expect travel time up to 30-40 days per year.
What do you need to apply?
The minimum education, certifications, licenses, technical skills, knowledge and experience necessary for success in this position would be a Master’s Degree or the equivalent in work experience, knowledge and expertise. You speak and write English, fluently.
You will fit this role if you are able to pick up and understand technical knowledge of products, their functionality and applicability. You should have the ability to turn complex information into relatable know-how and actually like to communicate to help others comprehend complex knowledge. Hence being a collaborator who can network to build relations both internally and externally as this job has multiple touch points in the organization.
Being able to cope with setbacks and pressures is a must, so you should be proactive and driven which means that you like to tackle challenges head on with a constructive and creative attitude.
