1.Sales plan development & admin: Develop and execute business plan and realize sales topline target in in Great Bay Area (GBA). Implementation of sales policies, procedures and systems to ensure compliance with corporate policies and provide working guidelines for the sales team;
2.Specifier relationship management: spec in Grundfos standards & offerings with various regional and national design institutes through tech communications in early project stages;
3.Project identification & initiation: launch various product & market campaigns, to identify and initiate project pipelines;
4.Dealer management: Develop new potential dealer network & maintain existing dealer networks, to expand Grundfos market coverage; develop dealer’s competency, map and extend dealer’s coverage.;
5.Support area sales manager and collaborate with channel management team to institute area dealer’s development plan;
6.End customer / contractor management: Create and maintain good relationship with all external stakeholders, including end users & contractors;
7.AR management: Monitor account receivable balance monthly; follow up with customers on outstanding balances and ensure that customers pay as per terms to help manage cash flow and reduce potential bad debts.
1.Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Water Engineering or Environment Engineering;
2.Prefer minimum 5 years sales experience in the field of water process products;
3.Familiar with water Utility field market in China;
4.Technical background / design institute / contractor working experience will be an advantage.
