Internal Service Admin

Job Purpose: To ensure that all pumps sent for service/repair are administrated/monitored in the most effective ways.  Thus, provide customer satisfaction and ensure achievement of company objectives


Key Activities:

  • Responsible for preparing quotations based on customer enquiry and subsequently liaise with customers on service confirmation
  • Prepare official service reports & quotations based on service technician’s diagnostic and provide recommendation for field/workshop repair with the customers
  • Work closely with store supervisor and technicians to ensure prompt and efficient issuance of spare parts and repair
  • Liaise with sub-contractor on motor rewinding and repair of pumps and monitor prompt and efficient service
  • Perform order processing upon customer’s confirmation, process extranet/manual service sales order and invoicing
  • Maintain proper records and on-time update in respective systems as required by the team
  • Generate statistics for monthly and yearly warranty given to dealers/points of sales
  • Ensure prompt and effective services are provided to customers and handling of their complaints in a timely manner
  • Always Observe Company safety regulations and be responsible for own health and safety and for others
  • Perform any related duties/assignments as and when directed by his superior/s


Ideal applicants would have:

  • Min 2-3 years experience in similiar role
  • Individual who is comfortable liaising with customers
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) is essential
  • A team player and good learning attitude
  • Is able to multi-task effectively
