Statement on the situation in the Ukraine

We are shocked and saddened by recent events in the Ukraine. At this point in time, our focus is the safety of our employees.

At the same time, mitigating actions for maintaining our operational integrity are currently being assessed for both the Ukraine and Russia, both important markets for Grundfos.  

We are also following up on any new regulatory decisions, such as sanctions, and will comply.

It is too early to tell how this situation will affect our business.

Facts:

• Grundfos has a sales company with approx. 30 employees in the Ukraine
• Grundfos has a sales company and a factory - and approx. 500 employees in Russia
