Meet Mirjam

Mirjam has been a member of Group Management since 2022.

Education: Mirjam has a Bachelor in Hotel Administration (major Marketing Management) from the Hotel Management School The Hague, Institute of Hospitality Management in the Netherlands, and a Master of Business Administration in International Management from the European University in Brussels, Belgium.

Experience

Mirjam joined Grundfos in 2022 when she was appointed as Group Executive Vice President HR, CHRO. 

She comes with more than 20 years of international HR, Talent & Development and Sales excellence leadership experience in global corporations across a range of sectors, including IT, packaging and industrial manufacturing – and family ownership.

Before joining Grundfos, Mirjam worked for the Schindler Group, the Swiss multinational elevator & escalator manufacturing/service provider headquartered out of Switzerland as Global Head of Talent & Development (2019-2022) and Head of HR for Europe (2017-2019).

From 2011-2017, she worked for Amcor Flexibles, the largest global supplier of flexible packaging, as Vice President HR for EMEA & the Americas, based in Zurich, Switzerland.

From 2009-2022, she worked for Masco Corporation, one of the leading manufacturers of brand-name consumer products for the home improvement and new construction markets, as HR Director Europe, based in Luxembourg.

From 2001-2009, Mirjam worked for Hewlett Packard Company, as Learning & Development Manager Northern Europe, Sales Learning & Development Manager EMEA, based in the Netherlands, and Global HR Director for Marketing & Sales based in Palo Alto, USA.
