When reading your application, we look at personal and professional competencies based on your experience, interests and motivation. When you apply, make sure that you upload your degree certificate, academic records, CV and cover letter in English. We believe that potential is best shown, not told. Therefore, we look beyond your academic activities and focus on your personality, drive and ambition to create an impact and contribute to our purpose.
You have graduated or about to graduate from your master’s degree within relevant discipline, including (but not limited to) Business, Digitalization, IT, Mathematics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Digital Innovation, Finance, HR or similar.
You are passionate, curious, eager to develop and able to work across disciplines. Strong personal impact with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also key to becoming a graduate.
You have strong analytical competencies with a digital and customer-centric mindset. You must be a strong communicator with excellent English language skills. You are a strong collaborator and comfortable working with details alongside taking on a holistic approach when needed.
International outlook and mindset
You have international experience outside your home country from for example a study or project abroad.
Our recruitment process
We are open for applications from the 1st of December to the 1st of February. The process involves overall competence screening, online video interview, ability assessments, online case solving, personality assessments, and a two-day onsite assessment center. We are always determined to give candidates a good experience from the first day of applying.
Once you are selected, you will start your journey as a global graduate in September. We hire every year.
