For planned, we took the frequency of your current maintenance inspections and multiplied it by the production downtime you indicated results from each inspection, the amount of rotating assets you have, and the reduction in maintenance inspection frequency per year that results from using Machine Health (25%).

For unplanned events, we looked at the hours of downtime you experienced last year, multiplied it by the average percent of downtime attributed to unplanned breakdowns (10%) and the improvement in unplanned breakdowns with Machine Health (75%).

For both planned and unplanned events, we multiplied the downtime hours saved by your downtime costs per hour.

For Labor hours, we looked at both planned and unplanned maintenance events.
