GRUNDFOS Direct Sensors™ exhibited for the first time ever within the world largest plastic fair in Friedrichshafen, Germany from the 17-21st of October 2017. The exhibition showed an extensive and intensive success for Direct Sensors™. About 20 customers exhibited with our sensors integrated into primarily their Temperature Control Units, and several showed the next level with integration of our combined flow and temperature sensors into the manifold of the Plastic Injection Machines cooling zones. This newsletter is dedicated to tell about the sensor solutions for the Plastic Injection Molding industry.

Welcome to the GRUNDFOS Direct Sensors™ newsletter. In the year of ISH in Frankfurt, the largest HVAC show and conference in the World, we have dedicated this 5th newsletter to our 5th Generation of Direct Sensors™ platform.
All our learnings (good and bad) have been put in to the consolidation of this entirely new platform, which also fits our push into China and cross-country applications within Temperature Control and Medical/Laser applications, which this newsletter also includes.

We cover a vast spread of applications delivering sensors into heat-pumps, chillers, CRAHs and racks providing IT cooling. Flow sensors for measuring flow and differential temperatures to provide a more stringent control to save energy and monitoring the cooling load on a zone level.
