BEO East Dealers Sales Consolidation Road Show 2016 (Surabaya)

This time, total 10 people from Parfima, Famili Kita, and GAS East Region office team participated. Huw Lloyd - Project Manager Energy Optimization APREG attended as well, giving more spirit to the team.

As in Bali, focus of consolidation were similiar; First day, focus was more about sales; Sales process, factors affecting sales, sales structure planning, how to conduct price
negotiation and to achieve sales. Beside all of that, communication skills & consumer behavior taught as well.

And, The second day, focus of consolidation was heavy on technical things, such as; The comparison between old & new energy saving model, how to use it, what is the function, how to monitor pipe line, installation, and the role of energy saving at the pump installation.

In Surabaya, participants had special opportunity to visit and see how efficiency Grundfos Energy Saving does, system installed in Mercure Mirama Hotel Surabaya.

At the end, by this consolidation road shows, we hope dealers and partner can be more confidence in facing customer.
