Change in Grundfos boards
Mr Due Jensen is replacing Director, Lars Kolind, who has held this post for the past 8 years. In addition Gen. Man. Ingelise Bogason was elected new Vice Chairman. Gen. Man. Thomas Lund, who has been a member of the Foundation Board since 1994, did not want re-election. Mr Lund's successor will be elected at one of the next meetings of the Foundation board.
After 8 years as Group Chairman of Grundfos Holding A/S, Niels Due Jensen found it was time to resign from the post as Chairman of the Board of the Grundfos Group. At the latest board meeting in Grundfos Holding A/S, Director, Lars Kolind, was elected as the new Chairman of the Board, and Director, Jens Moberg was elected as Vice Chairman. Mr Due Jensen will continue for two years as a common member of the Board of Grundfos Holding A/S. Gen. Man. Thomas Lund, who has been a member of the Grundfos board since 1988, announced at the board meeting that he does not want re-election at the company's general assembly on 29 April 2011.
