Grundfos appoints Operations Vice President for the Americas Region
Eric Boutot holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science & Engineering. He earned a Six Sigma Black Belt from General Electric and is also a Lean Champion. He has a long career within industrial manufacturing and supply chain, and he has a solid market domain knowledge and international experience with facilities throughout Europe, Asia, India, South America and the US.
"With Eric’s proven record of knowledge to Six Sigma, supply chain, profound operational and leadership excellence and not least, his past as shop operations manager, I am confident that Eric will enhance Grundfos Americas’ ability to meet the needs of our customers, strengthen our end to end supply chain, operations excellence and increase our focus on quality", says Stéphane Simonetta, Group Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Grundfos.
Eric Boutot brings 20 years’ experience in fluids, electronics, and engineering and has recently served as Vice President of Operations in the industrial and engineering company Colfax Fluid Handling. Earlier in his career, he held a number of corporate positions as Vice President and Director with companies such as GE, ITT (now Xylem), TE Connectivity and Danaher.

Eric Boutot will have his base at the Grundfos America’s headquarters in Downers Grove, in Chicago, Illinois.
