Stine Bosse joins Grundfos Group Board of Directors and Foundation Board
At the same time, Stine Bosse joins the Board of Directors of the Poul Due Jensen Foundation, the Group’s principal shareholder.
Stine Bosse succeeds Director Hans Christian Hyldelund, who has been a member of the Group Board of Directors as well as the Foundation Board since 1996 and a member of the Board of Directors of Grundfos A/S (the Group’s Danish production company) since 1995.
Stine Bosse (44) holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Copenhagen (1987) and has worked for the Tryg Group since 1988. She is also a member of the Boards of Directors of Flügger A/S and TDC and a member of the Welfare Commission (Velfærdskommissionen).
Group Chairman Niels Due Jensen says that the Grundfos Group Board of Directors is strengthened by the addition of the qualities that Stine Bosse possesses as a dynamic and particularly value-oriented executive.
As for Stine Bosse’s own view on her election to the Grundfos Group Board of Directors and the Foundation Board, she says:
“I regard Grundfos as one of the most interesting Danish companies; one with a strong position both locally, nationally and globally. It is fascinating how Grundfos manages to compete in a tough international market while remaining conscious about its responsibilities both at home and abroad. The priority that Grundfos gives to a tolerant labour market and innovation proves to me that we are dealing with a Danish company of excellence. I look forward to making my contribution to the constant development of Grundfos”.
The remaining members of the Group Board of Directors are Director Lars Kolind (Vice Chairman), Professor Niels Chr. Nielsen of Copenhagen Business School and Managing Director Thomas Lund of Dansk Teknologi Udviklingsaktieselskab.
The Board of Directors of the Poul Due Jensen Foundation includes Lars Kolind (Chairman), Niels Due Jensen (Vice Chairman), Poul Due Jensen, Estrid Due Hesselholt, Ingermarie Due Nielsen, Stine Bosse, Niels Christian Nielsen and Thomas Lund.
