Ethics and integrity
We operate in many different countries, and across cultures, traditions, local laws and regulations. As a global company that does its business based on honesty and integrity, it comes naturally for us to have a common set of guiding principles on what we believe to be a good business conduct, built based on our values and applying to all of Grundfos employees in all Grundfos companies.
Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct is a constitution that defines who we are. It is our commitment to do business in an ethical and responsible way wherever we operate around the world.
We work with suppliers along the global supply chain to ensure they comply with our standards. Our focus is on cooperation, accountability and sustainability audits.
Pursuant to UK Modern Slavery Act
Our commitment to respect Human Rights extends to critical topics and specific laws and regulations. Learn more about our response to legislation such as the UK Modern Slavery Act but more than anything to increase transparency and share our journey.
We are committed to conduct business in a fair and legal way in all of our presence in the markets. We continuously strive to comply with local and international laws, working with competition law and anti-corruption on a daily basis.
The Grundfos Human Rights policy was signed and adopted in 2014. Understanding and working with human rights is an ongoing process. Our Human Rights Due Diligence program ensures that we respect and advance Human Rights.
