Privacy policy regarding calls to Grundfos

When calling Grundfos, you may be informed that there is a possibility that an audio
recording of your call might be stored. You have the option to ask the employee
you are speaking with not to record and store the call.

If a record of your call is stored, Grundfos will handle and process the personal
information (personal data) that you give about yourself in that call.

Grundfos is using the recorded calls for the purpose of education of employees and securing the service quality in the calls. All recorded calls will be kept for a period
of three months, unless it is decided to keep a certain call longer according
to the purposes.

Further, your caller ID (telephone number and/or email address) will be registered when
you call Grundfos for the purpose of giving you the best possible service.

Grundfos will not store, transfer or in any other way process your Personal Data outside
of the specific purposes mentioned above. 

Grundfos Holding A/S, Poul Due Jensens Vej 7, 8850 Bjerringbro is the data controller
and responsible for data security for the collected information and can share
it with TDC NetDesign, Teglholmsgade 1, 0900 København C, Denmark, and other
companies in the Grundfos Group for the specific purposes mentioned above.

Other authorized third parties may need to access or store your personal data if
local law requires. Grundfos limits such third parties in their access and use
of personal information.

You have the right to inquire about the information that Grundfos has recorded
about you and to object to recorded information. If the information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you are entitled to have the information corrected or deleted.
