Markus Brandstetter joins Grundfos as new Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Markus is a true technology champion that seamlessly combines mechanical engineering with software development and consistently drives strategic technology leadership with a hands-on approach close to his employees, partners, and customers.

Today, Markus is reporting to the CEO of Bosch Buildings and Energy business sector, heading the operational strategy development with special focus on IoT and service-oriented business strategy. As CTO of the large energy supply solutions and commercial heating he has been innovating and transforming the System Solution Business at Bosch Thermotechnology. Markus has previously been the CEO at Bosch Industrial Boilers.

Markus has held various other leadership positions within international groups like Siemens, Alcatel, and Bosch, receiving awards along the way for building and leading top-performing multinational teams. 

As our new Chief Technology Officer (CTO), he will be the executive in charge of pioneering innovations that serves our customers all over the world. Markus strongly believes that shaping the future begins with an inspiring and clear vision, which sets the direction for empowered teams of talented and experienced people.
