Grundfos launches MyGrundfos, a new customer self-service web platform Grundfos has developed a new global web tool called MyGrundfos that was launched in the Greater Middle East in January.
The self-service tool is designed to provide customers with quick and easy access to product information.
With MyGrundfos, users can instantly access information including product availability, list prices, order status, spare part kits, and replacement pumps in just a few short clicks.
“An increasing number of interactions with our customers are now taking place in digital formats, a trend that is driven by customer demands,” explains Peter Robinson, Area Marketing Manager for Grundfos for the Greater Middle East. “As a result we have developed MyGrundfos which allows our customers to find essential product information and solutions quickly and whenever it is needed.”
