Job Purpose


The purpose this position in Grundfos is to influence the stake holders in Energy and water in order to promote existing and future sustainable solutions to set an ambitious policy agenda based on trustworthy communication in accordance with Grundfos values. Also develop, implement and drive large marketing initiatives in the Grundfos India with an impact on Group and / or regional level. Apply broad communication knowledge with a high degree of technical / business insight. Develop communication initiatives / activities across units and / or at area / regional level      


Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities


  • Define how to work with external stakeholders and decision makers related to Grundfos sustainable objectives
  • Define the practices of influencing technical committees in relevant associations and organisations to identify and develop technical & political conditions for legislative solution
  • Strive to ensure that future regulations, standards and guidelines are aligned with our ambitions, targets, business strategies and road maps
  • Work with policy decision makers who are with power to decide on change of policies and measures favourable to Grundfos
  • Work with indirect decision makers to influence the decision making process like NGO’s multilateral alliances with Institutes, Banks, major companies and media
  • Day-to-day advisor to MD in order to strengthen the positioning of Grundfos solutions in the political process
  • Communicating effective;ly through strategically selected media partners
  • Ensure effective regional deployment and implementation of marketing initiatives
  • Transform business needs and requirements into marketing projects
  • Secure analysis and identification, concept development, alignment with relevant internal and external stakeholders and further implementation on a regional level
  • Ensure that the projects meet the set objectives and targets with the resources allocated by channel marketing management
  • Support the development of global marketing concepts and solutions meeting business needs and requirements
  • Perform evaluation and follw-up according to KPIs and targets and propose corrective actions if needed
  • Lead the development and optimization of the whole marketing process
  • Facilitate and implement communication towards internal and external stakeholders
  • Deliver newsletters and different communication materials for internal and external use
  • Render advice on how to most effectively utilize the different media platforms
  • Align daily communication with the strategy
  • Deliver input and communication on how Grundfos makes difference
