Plant Quality- Sr.Engineer / Asst. Manager

Job Purpose


The role incumbent as being an integral part of the Quality department and is involved in the Plant Quality activities. The incumbent has to be a key driver in carrying out the Quality Management System activities and maintain the related documents. The job involves close coordination with all the departments. The individual will have to possess working knowledge and min 4-5 yrs experience in using/implementing the tools related to Quality System, Six sigma, SQC, Audits - System & Process, Handling instruments, Documentation skills and interpersonal skills.


Key Responsibilities


Establishing, Implementation & Maintaining the Quality System in accordance with ISO9001, identifying improvement opportunities in QMS and be a quality driver
Implementing Six sigma programs and initiatives, deploying the SQC tools for data analysis, Documentation and data control, responsible for planning and Conducting Internal/Process Audits
Facilitates cross-functional teams in utilizing systematic process improvement and be a part in implementing the Grundfos Production System - GPS
Ensuring the adherence to Grundfos Standards - GDS, Monthly reporting of the performance, Identification and implementation of Improvement proposals and kaizens
Liaison with external agencies and certifying body on matters relating to the Quality system


What is requires to apply for this job?


An engineering degree with 4-5 years of experience in Plant quality, 

Good communication and interpersonal skill 
Knowledge on ISO 9001
Knowledge on Six sigma
Knowledge in SQC tools/Data analysis
Documentation skill
Creative and constantly innovating.
Coordination with People – Team player
Willingness to learn
